Frost Anemone

The frost anemone grows on the underside of ice floes and icebergs. The anemone’s tendrils are covered in thin stinging hairs that paralyze small fish and plankton that are broken down for nutrients. These tendrils should be trimmed to effectively harvest the edible heart.
